1. General provisions
This policy explains what personal data the CRANKIA website collects, why we process it, and what rights you have. Processing is carried out under the Law of Ukraine "On Personal Data Protection".
2. Definitions

- Processing — any action with data: collection, storage, use, transfer, deletion.
- Data subject — the natural person the data relates to. In this policy, that is you.
- Controller — the party that determines the purpose of processing. In our case, the owner of the CRANKIA website.
- Processor — a service the controller entrusts with processing personal data.
- Cookies — small text files stored on your device when you visit the Site.

We collect and process personal data solely for the following purposes:
- Processing and fulfilling parts selection requests
- Contacting customers regarding submitted requests

The forms on the Site do not ask for surnames or patronymics, company names, delivery addresses, payment details, identity documents, health data, or other sensitive categories.
If you contact us by email, we process your address and the contents of your message — there is no other way to reply. Please do not include unnecessary personal or sensitive data in the request comment or in your email.
5. Legal basis for processing
- Your consent for handling a request submitted through a form — to contact you and advise you on sensor selection. You give it by ticking the consent box before submitting.
- Legitimate interest for protecting the forms from spam: without it the forms fill up with automated submissions within a day.
- Legitimate interest for visit analytics. You can opt out in the cookie banner; for visitors from the European Economic Area and the United Kingdom analytics is switched on only after consent.
6. Retention periods
- Form requests are kept for as long as they are needed to serve the customer, but no longer than three years.
- Technical anti-spam logs are kept for up to 12 months.
- Analytics data is kept for the periods set by the web analytics service.
Once the period expires, the data is deleted.
7. Rights of personal data subjects
Under the legislation of Ukraine, you have the right to:
- Know the sources of collection, the location of your personal data, and the purpose of its processing
- Receive information about the conditions for granting access to personal data
- Access your personal data
- Request correction of inaccurate or incomplete personal data
- Request deletion of personal data (except in cases provided for by law)
- Withdraw consent to the processing of personal data
- Lodge a complaint with the Ukrainian Parliament Commissioner for Human Rights
- Apply legal remedies in the event of a breach of personal data protection legislation
